Collection: Jo. van Norden
Fashion, decorative items, art, furniture design – Jo. van Norden expresses his creativity in various fields of work. After studying at Berlin University of the Arts – including a spell at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris – he graduated with a Master’s degree in industrial design. He then relocated to London, where he worked as a design assistant and patternmaker for Vivienne Westwood. As a scholarship student, he studied design at the Akademie Schloss Solitude in Stuttgart before moving on to Berlin. In 2010 he set up his gallery for vintage furniture and designer items in the German capital. A true all-rounder, he designs furniture, lights, textile products, accessories and theatre costumes. His DADO shelf for Schönbuch is a particularly fitting example of his versatility.
