Vega is defined by two rounded cushions—one for the back, one for the seat — elegantly connected by a metal band and a metal tube frame. A true Artifort, its bold cushions can be varied between the seat and back offering endless combinations. Designed to suit a variety of spaces, Vega effortlessly adapts to waiting areas, museums, dining settings, creative work spaces, meeting rooms and homes—bringing simplicity with a broad reach.

The Vega collection offers a versatile range of seating options, designed to adapt to diverse environments. Its modular design provides the choice of a sleek tubular armrest that gracefully frames the seat, two fully upholstered armrests or a pure, arm-less silhouette. Three distinct base options are available: a steel tube four-legged base, a swiveling trestle base, or a trestle base on castors for the chair variant — each tailored for different functional and aesthetic needs. A true Artifort, its bold cushions can be varied between the seat and back offering endless combinations. Designed to suit a variety of spaces, Vega effortlessly adapts to waiting areas, museums, dining settings, creative work spaces, meeting rooms and homes—bringing simplicity with a broad reach.

Beneath its understated elegance lies a meticulously crafted design. Ergonomics are carefully refined for exceptional comfort, while its modular structure minimizes components, reducing material use without compromising quality or aesthetics. Every material is fully separable and reusable, reflecting a conscious approach to sustainability. It's upholstery is fully removable for cleaning and replacement when required. Jasper Morrison

Known for his ‘Super Normal’ approach to design, Jasper Morrison looks to find the exceptional in the world of the ordinary. In his work in furniture, lighting, electrical products and tableware, he strives to create good examples of understated, useful and responsible design. Born in London in 1959, he studied at Kingston Polytechnic, the Royal College of Art, and at Berlin’s HdK. In 1986 he opened his Office for Design in London. From there he continues to work for manufacturers worldwide on a broad range of projects. He has published several books with Lars Müller Publishers, including A World Without Words, The Good Life, A Book of Things and Super Normal (with Naoto Fukasawa).
