Bumper

Designed 2023

The Bumper Sofa offers a versatile seating solution with its monobloc and modular design, including sofas, poufs, and cushions. Built on a sturdy wooden frame with elastic strip suspension, the sofa features a layered comfort system: a base, seat, and backrest upholstered in graduated polyurethane and Dacron Du Pont. The cushions are filled with recycled and recyclable polyester flakes, promoting sustainability. The entire fabric cover is removable for easy maintenance.

Designed as a soft sculpture, Bumper showcases meticulous attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Its three-level design—base, seat, and backrest—extends to the rear, making it ideal for placement in the center of any room. The generously sized, deep seat cushion pairs with a low, bulky backrest and armrests, creating a welcoming, enveloping shape that invites relaxation.

The backrest features a removable cover and is securely attached to the seat using automotive-inspired pin hooks, giving the sofa its distinctive name. Freely positionable support cushions offer adjustable back support for a more formal seating position.

Available in both monobloc and modular versions, the Bumper Sofa includes various end and corner modules, extended armchairs, and poufs. This design accommodates a range of space requirements, making it suitable for residential, contract, and retail settings.
