Beso, Spanish for ‘kiss’, is a highly versatile and stylish chair program created by designer Khodi Feiz. The notion of lightness, flexibility and comfort is what striking in this design.
We particularly like the juxtaposition between powerful and simplistic in the Beso design, so it works with most decors. In terms of shape and construction, the Beso chair allows for long comfortable dinners with friends and family or brainstorm sessions, without the need to take a break or stretch your legs. You can combine your favourite base with a beautiful fabric, and optional armrests.

The Beso collection includes a Beso chair, a Beso Lounge armchair and a Beso barstool.


-- 4-legged steel: the metal 4 legs are finished in a powder coat colour. Chrome is an option.
-- 4-legged wood: the ash-wood legs are finished in a standard oil.
-- Sled: the metal sled is finished in a powder coat colour. Chrome is an option.
-- Star-base ( wire cross base, non swiveling): the base is finished in a powder coat colour.
-- Height-adjustable swiveling 5-legged base with castors: the base is finished in a powder coat colour. Polished aluminum as an option. In case of the finish is polished aluminum, the gas spring and castor caps always in chrome.

Designer

Khodi Feiz

Khodi Feiz is an industrial designer who was born in Iran and grew up in the USA. A graduate of Syracuse University, he moved to the Netherlands in 1990 to work for Philips Design. In 1998, he founded Feiz Design Studio together with graphic designer Anneko Feiz-van Dorssen, where they specialize in the fields of product design, furniture design, graphic design, and strategic design for companies such as Alessi, Artifort, Herman Miller, Offecct, Nike and Nokia.

Feiz's work has received numerous awards and has been featured in exhibitions and publications worldwide. The overriding inspirations for Feiz’s work can be summed up by: Clarity, concept and context.
