Designer
Monica Armani, born in 1964, lives and works between Trento and Milan. Her father, a rationalist architect, passed on to Monica his passion for the architecture world, the culture of detail, enthusiasm for research and the fine-tuning of projects. No detail is too small to be important. Monica Armani’s trademark is the synthesis of spaces/objects freed from an overload of signs, inspired by the rigor of geometry. Which does not mean minimalist. She works on a delicate balance among form, function, materials and technologies. She has always worked side by side with her husband, Luca Dallabetta, who takes care of the engineering aspects of her projects. Monica works and collaborates with the leading contemporary design companies: B&B Italia, Boffi, Coro Italia, Gallotti&Radice, Molteni&C., Moroso, Mutina, Poliform.
