Gijs Papavoine believes in the art of omission. The George’s back and seat create a flowing line with its headrest, which is reminiscent of a radar antenna. Thanks to the horseshoe-shaped seat and wide, rounded back, you’re guaranteed optimal support in any position. The light-footed base – available as a practical swivel base or fixed – completes the chair's understated, functional design. The deliberate folds in the interior cover make the George an great candidate for aniline leather upholstery, though the wide range of fabrics offers plenty of alternatives. And if you like to put your feet up, there’s an optional matching ottoman for extra comfort. George is a friend – a friend for life.
